Most Blumira editions include one year of data retention, and some editions also offer the option of purchasing longer-term retention. See Blumira Pricing for details about each edition.
Administrators can verify the current data retention setting for their accounts on the Organization page (Settings > Organization). The value displayed in the "Data Retention (days)" field represents the number of days of historical data stored in the cloud that are immediately available for analysis in the app.
Any scheduled reduction to your data retention period, such as when downgrading to a lower license with fewer days of retention, will remain pending for a maximum of 30 days. A note appears next to the retention value in the app, stating when the scheduled update will take effect, along with what the retention value will be changing to.
