Overview
Blumira users with the Administrator or Manager role in an account with either Free or SIEM Starter license can update the account's subscription and billing information.
Before you begin
You can review available options in Blumira Pricing or the Billing page in the app (Settings > Billing) to determine which plan is right for you.
Upgrading to a paid subscription plan
To change your account to a paid plan, complete the following steps:
- In Blumira, navigate to Settings > Billing.
Tip: If you are in an active XDR trial, you can click Billing Details in the upper-left corner of the app to go directly to the Billing page.
- On the Billing page, scroll down to see the available plans and your current subscription.

In the plans section, click Buy SIEM Starter or Buy SIEM Starter + Compliance.

In the Stripe payment portal, do the following:

In the Quantity dropdown, verify or update the value according to your user count, which represents the number of knowledge workers in the organization as well as the maximum number of Blumira Agents for the account.
- Under Shipping Information, enter a billing email address and the business address of your organization.

Enter your payment information.
- Click the check box next to I agree to Blumira, Inc.'s Terms of Service and Privacy policy.

Click Subscribe.

Managing your payment information
From the Billing page, you can edit your payment method and contact details by clicking Change below the relevant section and editing your information in the Stripe portal.
